(ii) Portions of this website may be copied electronically or printed in hard copy for the purpose of facilitating the purchase of the merchandise included in the website. Any other use of this website, without the prior written permission of Rachel Strycharczyk, is strictly prohibited. The following are therefore expressly forbidden unless written consent has been given by Rachel Strycharczyk : reproduction for any other purpose than those referred to above, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcast republication, downloading or uploading of any part of this website. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.
Transactions between our customers and ourselves, which form the basis of a legal contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law or Scottish law, as appropriate, and the English or Scottish courts, as appropriate, will have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between the parties.
When you order we will ask for your name, e-mail address and delivery address. These details will enable us to process your order and contact you in the event of any queries. We will also ask for your telephone number, so that we can contact you urgently if necessary in the event of any problem with your order.
Mine! London uses the E-pages ecommerce system and Paypal payment systems. Both are well-recognised for being safe, using industry standard security software to encrypt all your personal information including name & address and credit card details so that it cannot be read when the information is sent over the Internet.
We send out all our orders by Royal Mail or by courier and we aim to send these out within 14 days. Plain blankets are sent out within 7 days. If you need your blanket very urgently, just give us a buzz or send an email and we will see what we can do. However at certain very busy times we retain the right to delay delivery. Postage and packaging will be charged at a fixed rate of £4.95 per order within the UK and N. Ireland, or just £1.50 for face cloths.
These blankets and towels are made especially for you by hand. All attention and due care is taken to make sure that these are beautifully presented but as they are individually done by hand, there may be tiny differences which we hope you agree only add to the charm of these blankets. If you are very unhappy with your blanket for whatever reason, please send it back (Royal Mail Recorded Signed For) within 14 days of receipt we will refund your money. Return of goods made by you outside this period may not be accepted by us and may be returned to you at your expense. If, in our sole discretion, we decide to accept a late return of goods from you, we reserve the right to make a charge of £4.95 to cover the cost of processing the late return.

You must obtain and keep a certificate of posting from the post office or a receipt from the courier.
Please allow 21 days for your account to be credited with any returns (we reserve the right not to refund any item returned not in new condition or after the 14-day period).
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Faulty or damaged items must be returned to us within 14 working days of receipt.
Please ensure you keep a receipt from the post office or courier so we can credit your account if your parcel goes astray. We will refund to you the full amount, including postage or if you wish, replace the item.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Once an order is placed it is not possible to cancel this order.
If you have cause to make a complaint or cancellation about any of our products or services, please contact us, or put all the relevant details in an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or telephone 07739 580857. We undertake to deal with any complaints speedily and sympathetically.
Your custom and our relationship is most valuable to us. We will not divulge, lend or sell your personal details, including, name, address, telephone/mobile numbers or emails to any other person or organisation.
